Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to clients: understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
* Co-ordinating service works, organising repairs, etc.
* Upselling services and identifying opportunities to new and previous clients.
* Account management: ensuring account retention and managing accounts including processing orders and invoicing.
* Creating documentation for clients and engineering teams.
* Monitor quality standards.
* Support project management team in overseeing the coordination of installs, upgrades and maintenance works.
Qualifications
* Experience in account management, project coordination, contract management, etc.
* Any industry background.
Benefits
* Salary: GBP 30,000 to GBP 34,000 DOE.
* Holidays: 21 days, increasing by up to 5 days.
* Birthday off; Bank holidays; One paid volunteer day.
* Industry training; Overnight expenses.
* Location: Tiverton. Travel to customer sites up to 20% of the time; occasional overnight stays up to twice a month.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 09:00 to 17:00.
