Commercial Marketing Manager – Property Investment & Development Company Location: Central London Contract: Permanent My client is looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of flexible workspaces and retail spaces across Central London. The Role You’ll be responsible for driving leasing activity through 360° marketing campaigns across brand, digital, creative, and print. Working closely with Leasing, Development, Portfolio/Asset teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll deliver the commercial marketing strategy and ensure campaigns achieve ROI. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver marketing plans for existing assets and upcoming developments. Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive leads, conversions, and acquisitions. Manage agencies and consultants across the full marketing mix. Deliver collateral including websites, social media, brochures, and visuals. Oversee budgets, reporting, and analytics to ensure KPIs and ROI are met. Support leasing teams with RFPs and client-facing materials. About You We’re looking for someone with: Strong property marketing experience and knowledge of the London office/development landscape. Proven track record in branding and B2B campaigns across multiple channels. Experience managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of performance marketing and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Excellent project management, communication, and copywriting skills.
