Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various age groups and abilities
* Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of individual students
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic progress
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different teaching environments
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
* Previous experience working as a teacher or educator
* Experience in delivering lessons to diverse student populations
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of educational principles and practises
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
* Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional postgraduate qualifications in Education
* Experience in working as a supply teacher
Working Conditions:
* Work in various schools across Essex and the surrounding areas
* Flexible working hours based on school requirements
* Potential for travel between different school locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
