Location: Evercreech, BA4 6LQ
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00. Flexibility is required to work 14:00-22:00 shifts when business needs require, with reasonable notice provided. Overtime may also be required.
Hourly Rate: £14.00

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Operations team at our Evercreech site. This is a hands-on role that plays an important part in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately to support both production and customer needs.
The Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of warehouse operations by accurately receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods in line with company procedures and quality standards. You will help maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment while supporting the wider Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and put away incoming goods
Pick, pack, and load goods accurately and safely
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of warehouse areas
Complete stock checks and report discrepancies
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts safely (where trained)
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Ensure traceability and accurate labelling of stock
Support other warehouse and logistics activities as required
Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, and Sales Order teams
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control environment is preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Comfortable working in a physically active and fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food handling or stock traceability is desirable
Forklift licence or willingness to undertake training (where required)
Counter balance and/or reach truck training
Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
