We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic General Manager to join our expanding farm‑ily!
As a General Manager, will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running of restaurant operations, delivering amazing food and excellent customer service. You'll lead a high‑performing team and set the standards for others to follow.
What's in it for our General Managers?
* Salary between £40,500 - £45,000 (based on experience and location).
* 25% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on performance and KPIs.

What you'll do:
* Managing, leading and inspiring the Restaurant team to provide an excellent high‑quality delicious food and a superb customer service, consistently.
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop new and current team members.
* Be responsible for the business performance of your restaurant.
* Ensure your restaurant is safe, legal and compliant by delievring the highest of food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
