Manage all technical issues. Manage P&L and budgets. Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s. Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site. Plan and implement building project works. Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site. Management of client relationships on a daily basis. Management of all reports. Responsible for the permit system. Oversee technical contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
