What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to high standards
* Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering consistently excellent service
* Bringing creativity and attention to detail to menu development and presentation
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
* Working collaboratively as part of a passionate and friendly team
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi chef ready to step up
* A passion for fresh food and seasonal cooking
* Enthusiasm for learning and progressing your career
* Team player with a positive attitude and great communication skills
* You will need to be driving also
