Client Account Handler
Job purpose:
The Client Services Account Handler is the guardian of the account, driving the most effective methods of delivering the client requirements. You will be instructing our merchandisers on what and how they need to deliver the clients aspirations to bring theiractivities and campaigns to life instore.You'll be process driven, proficient with Excel and PowerPoint, and a can-do attitude.You'll be the driver of your accounts, harnessing a strong relationship with the client, using data and operational knowledge, and creating project plans that will ensure sure we manage delivery expectations of our clients, and field colleagues.
Key accountabilities:
oAct as the first point of contact for client queries, responding promptly with accurate information.
oAttend, support, and provide meaningful input to regular client review meetings.
oProactively review client data – identifying, resolving, and reporting compliance issues to the Field team via our in-house reporting platform and Microsoft Power Bi.
oDeliver to the budget for your client annually – tracking this periodically and offering feedback to the Client Services function where additional growth opportunities may be acquired (e.g. upsell).
Client Delivery
oAccurately cost, forecast, and schedule client activity.
oDevelop and ensure the delivery of a structured plan for each client activity, including considering risks and creating
oCreate accurate briefing documents for field operations and ensure the Portal contains the most current documentation.
Wider Duties
oProactively promote eXPD8, contributing and creating content for social media and business PR.
oWhere relevant, act asa mentor to your peers and direct reports, supporting and providing meaningful feedback and guidance on a regular and structured basis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
oPrevious administrative experience
oStrong IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word)
oEffective internal and external stakeholder management
oAttention to detail with a ‘right first time, every time’ approach
oStrong critical thinking and problem solving skills
oAble to prioritise and manage own time effectively and work well under pressure
