Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, engaging one-to-one or small group tuition sessions tailored to students with SEN
Support students in preparing for GCSE examinations
Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Implement appropriate SEN support strategies to enhance learning and engagement
Track and report on student progress
Build confidence and motivation in learnersRequirements:
Previous experience tutoring or teaching at GCSE level
Proven experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Strong subject knowledge (please specify your subject specialism when applying)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and adaptability in teaching approach
Ability to plan and deliver structured, differentiated lessons
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)What We Offer:
