The Role You will be working alongside HGV drivers assisting with deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. There may also be occasions where you are required to drive between depots, so a valid UK driving licence is essential.
Shift Details Start time: 3:00PM
Finish time: Usually between 2:00AM – 4:00AM depending on deliveries and routes
Flexibility is required due to the nature of the role
Duties Include Assisting drivers with deliveries
Loading and unloading vehicles
Heavy lifting involved
Completing delivery paperwork
Supporting warehouse and depot operations when required
Driving between depots when necessary
Requirements Full UK driving licence required
Good level of fitness due to manual handling
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work long shifts when required
Previous Drivers xxuwjjq Mate or warehouse experience beneficial but not essential
Counterbalance forklift licence advisable but not essential
