Our client, a leading global asset manager, is looking to hire a Sales Manager – ETF & Index Solutions to join their London office, covering the UK & Ireland market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to take ownership of client relationships and drive growth within the ETF and index solutions space, partnering with private banks, asset managers, independent wealth managers and institutional investors.
The Sales Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:
* Servicing existing clients while actively acquiring new business across the UK & Ireland.
* Executing the regional ETF and index strategy in line with agreed KPIs.
* Building relationships with private banks, asset managers, wealth managers, and institutional clients.
* Positioning the firm as a provider of choice for ETF and index products.
* Identifying and suggesting marketing initiatives to support business growth.
* Leveraging the firm’s existing franchise and collaborating with local and global sales colleagues.
* Advising sales management on market developments and new opportunities.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong knowledge of ETFs or other investment products.
* Proven sales experience within UK Wholesale, Advisory and/or Retail markets.
* Track record of managing and developing client relationships, with commercial acumen and strategic coverage.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills, combined with excellent communication.
* Entrepreneurial drive, high energy and the ability to deliver results in an international environment.
* Team player with strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust internally and externally.
* Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce and LinkedIn.
* Fluent English (additional languages advantageous).
* A university degree is advantageous.
