Swim Teacher, UPPINGHAM SCHOOL role at Guardian Jobs. Uppingham School Sports Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Teacher to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves teaching swimming and is eager to make a positive difference to both children and adults on their swim school journey.
This role is for six hours per week across thirteen weeks, with lessons taking place on Mondays from 4.00pm to 6.45pm and Wednesdays from 3.45pm to 7.00pm. You will plan and deliver enjoyable, safe and effective swimming lessons, drawing on your knowledge and experience to help learners of all ages and abilities develop their confidence in the water. You will be working within our state-of-the-art facilities, surrounded by a supportive group of professionals who are committed to providing an outstanding swimming experience.
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver enjoyable, safe and effective swimming lessons for learners of all ages and abilities.
* Utilise knowledge and experience to help learners develop confidence in the water.
* Maintain high standards of teaching and keep accurate records of lessons as required.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified with an ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
* Excellent communication, organisational and time-keeping skills.
* Commitment to delivering the highest standards of teaching.
