Position: RETAIL REPRESENTATIVES FOR GEEKBAR

Salary: 3500-4000£ (Base+Bonus)
About the Role:
Join Geek Bar’s dynamic global team as a full-time Retail Representative. You will drive sales growth, develop new store partnerships, collect customer feedback, and represent our brand in assigned territories across the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
* Assist distributor in improving store coverage and promoting inventory consumption.
* Support store owners with purchasing and product sampling.
* Oversee promotional activities and distributor’s inventory level.
* Visit stores to introduce products, conduct demonstrations, and provide training, while setting up in-store marketing materials.
* Coordinate marketing activities for stores and distributors during product launches.
* Gather customer and store feedback through conversations and surveys to inform business decisions.
* Monitor market pricing, anticipate risks, and maintain price stability.
* Conduct market and consumer research to support company initiatives.
* Represent the brand at trade shows and events.
* Prepare regular reports on market insights and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
* 21+ years old with a valid UK drive license and personal vehicle.
* English barrier free communication is a must.
* Proven field sales/retail experience (vape or FMCG preferred).
* Knowledge of the vape industry, especially pod systems.
* High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel frequently and grow a career in the vape industry.
Candidates based in the UK around Manchester and Glasgow.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Full-time with base salary plus performance-based bonus.
* Mileage reimbursement for business travel.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
* Sales growth in assigned territories.
* Number of new partner stores acquired.
* Customer feedback collected.
* Tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
