Their services include paving reinstatement, asphalt surfacing, site labour, plant hire, concrete placement, grab hire, drainage, and ducting works. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they are expanding their team to support major infrastructure projects.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a full-time, office-based role working on high-profile projects such as the M25, as well as roads, drainage, surfacing, and other civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full commercial management of projects from procurement through to final accounts
* Cost control, budget forecasting, and internal reporting
* Overseeing pricing and cost management
* Managing early warnings and estimating
* Contract administration under NEC
* Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements:
* Proven experience in highways projects
* Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and surfacing
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons) or equivalent
* HNC/HND in Construction or Civil Engineering considered
* In-depth NEC contract knowledge
