JOB TITLE – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
ABOUT THE SCHOOL
Prospero Teaching is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a Primary School based in Bristol.
The Primary School has supportive teaching staff. The school is going from strength to strength and providing CPD throughout the year.
Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
1. Location – Bristol
2. Position – Level 3 Teaching Assistant
3. Start date – December
4. Part-time 5x days per week – Mornings only 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
5. Day rate of pay – £70 – £80
6. Hours – 8:20 am – 3:00 pm
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
7. Recent Graduate, with a 2:1 or higher
8. Previous experience working in a UK school
9. Up to Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year
10. Qualified Teaching Status
11. Experience or interest in Special Educational Needs
12. Autism, Speech, and Language Needs
13. Strong command of English
14. Experience within health care would be desirable
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
15. Hold Right to Work in the UK
16. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
17. Provide two professional child related references covering the last 2 years
