Domestic Considerations: Army Reserve post, some travel and overnight duty may be required. RSD commitment discussed on application. Position Role: Sabre Squadron Training Officer. Duties: · Principal Regular/Reserve Training Officer within the Squadron Headquarters directly responsible to the Officer Commanding. · Unit training lead; assist Officer Commanding produce and resources the annual Squadron Training Directive, which directs unit training teams on mandated individual and collective training. · Assists management and co-ordination of the Squadron Training Forecast of Events. · Responsible for selection and preparation of all Squadron personnel for both internal and external courses. · Additional duties to incl. Support with Coaching and Mentoring Instructors and Subalterns within Training environments, Advise Officer Commanding of training requirements and legalities. · To carry any other duties as directed by the Officer Commanding.
