The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to learn. They will have sound IT skills, knowledge of Salesforce is desirable, will be a born organiser, sleeves rolled-up type who is confident, capable, and flexible and gets satisfaction from a job well done.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who may already possess experience in a similar role or will be joining our team at an entry level and is keen to learn.
The Role
The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role within our busy Altrincham office and is primarily responsible for being the first point of contact and act as a gatekeeper with a view to dealing with queries and escalating where necessary. You will assist the Area Sales Managers to plan and co-ordinate the allocation of staff resources across the region ensuring that the right staff and staffing numbers are in place at all times.
You will support with duties related to the coordination of Sales activities, such as updating and distributing weekly “diary and leads” report; distributing of “target dates for 1st occupations” report and updating Sales Force with relevant financial information i.e. extras, removal costs etc

Your Attributes
You will have:
10. GCSE level English and Mathematics (A-C); ideally a qualification in/working towards Business administration (or similar)
11. Ideally previous resource planning, administration and coordination experience preferably gained in a similar environment.
12. Sound Microsoft Office and database administration skills. Other computer or office administration qualifications would be an advantage; training will be given for the systems used within the department.
