What you'll be doing
* Support HR Business Partners and HR leadership in the implementation of HR policies, processes, and workforce programmes
* Execute end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration to ensure a seamless staff experience
* Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling, intern and temporary staff hiring, and onboarding arrangements
* Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities such as orientation, HR events, and staff lifecycle programmes
* Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and systems updates in compliance with organisational standards and data confidentiality requirements
* Process HR‑related administrative tasks including invoices, documentation tracking, and system updates
* Work closely with Institution HR teams to ensure timely delivery of HR services aligned with SLAs and KPIs
* Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and relevant legislative requirements
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to HR projects and operational enhancements
What we’re looking for
* Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or related studies
* 1 year of working experience in HR operations, HR shared services, or administrative HR support roles, training will be provided
* Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation management
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
* Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Good understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and compliance requirements in HR
* Strong communication and coordination skills with a service‑oriented mindset
