Care Locality Manager
Service Name: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Hours: 38 Hours Per week
Salary: £35,500 PA
It's an exciting time at our Learning disabilities services around Bourne, as we have an opening for a Locality Manager to join our fantastic team.

Our Locality Manager skills and experience:
* Experience of transformation and modernisation projects within services.
* Experience in Respite and Registered services.
* Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Management or equivalent.
* Proven supervisory or management experience in Care & Support settings.
* Experience of managing high-quality care and support services that have achieved full compliance (Good or Outstanding) with CQC.
* Experience of Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults.
* Experience of undertaking disciplinary investigations and hearing disciplinary cases.
* Budget management experience.
* Assessment of the care and support needs of people with learning disabilities.
Our Locality Manager duties will include:
* Ensuring all services provide a safe, clean, and happy environment for the people we support.
* Monitoring and managing safeguarding issues as part of the Operations Management team, promoting best practices in protecting vulnerable adults.
* Ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
* Managing the financial performance of the services, ensuring each service delivers within its budget.
* Managing staff performance, including disciplinary actions where necessary.
* Directly managing all Ambient Support services in London, providing coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supporting staff to deliver commissioned support.
