What Will You Be Doing As Operations Manager -

As Operations Manager (movebutler) you’ll play a key role in driving our operational excellence and supporting the business’s ambitious growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives to scale our services, improve customer experience, and enhance performance across all operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and team performance metrics — driving accountability, reporting, and continuous improvement
* Develop and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency and enhance the client experience
* Partner with Product, Engineering, and other business units to pilot and implement new technologies
* Lead rollout plans for new tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration and team adoption
* Proactively anticipate challenges and opportunities, identifying solutions ahead of time
* Track and analyse ROI and adoption metrics for new initiatives and technologies
* Identify and deliver efficiency gains across departments through process improvement
* Lead and manage cross-functional projects to optimise performance, reduce costs, and improve resource allocation
* Manage relationships with key external partners — including regular reviews, SLA performance oversight, and business volume forecasting
* Mentor and lead the panel management team to ensure consistently high service levels and customer satisfaction
* Identify and nurture new partnerships that add value to our end-to-end service offering
* Provide leadership cover for the Head of movebutler when required

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience scaling service operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
* Excellent project and change management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
* Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how operational decisions impact broader business goals
* Skilled in process design, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and resource planning
* Demonstrated success in operational improvement initiatives, change implementation, or cost optimisation projects
