Key Responsibilities
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the BMS market.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Provide technical expertise to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
* Work Monday to Friday – Hybrid working.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the BMS industry (service, projects, or commissioning background advantageous).
* Strong technical understanding of BMS systems (Trend, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
* Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC, degree in engineering, or BMS certifications) beneficial.
