Role: Family Paralegal
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
Location: Ilford
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Reed Legal are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a medium-sized, corporate law firm that is looking to make a new addition to their family department.
Duties
* Assisting Solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
* Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
* Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
* Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
* Scheduling appointments, hearings, and depositions.
* Preparing trial exhibits and organizing evidence.
* Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
* Attending client meetings and taking notes.
* Creating bundles including ES1 forms, ES2 forms and statements of issues.
* Drafting court applications and liaising with the court.
Experience
* Minimum 1 years experience working as a Family Paralegal
* Experience in both private family law and legal aid desirable
* Law degree or Paralegal qualification
* Strong understanding of family law procedures and court rules
* Excellent written and verbal communication skill
