About the Role:
We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our clients growing Cambridge office, focusing on white and blue-collar roles across the region. You’ll be stepping into a warm desk consistently billing £16–17k/month, giving you the chance to build on strong foundations and take things to the next level.
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll manage client relationships, source top talent, and deliver exceptional service across both temporary and permanent placements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of construction/commercial clients
2. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients
3. Building and maintaining your candidate network
4. Meeting and exceeding revenue and activity KPI's and targets
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience in recruitment (construction/commercial experience preferred)
6. Confident communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates
7. Motivated, target-driven mindset with a can-do attitude
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
9. Full UK driving licence (some local travel required)
