The Role

This is a sales-led role first and foremost. While advice quality is essential, success comes from strong sales ability, consistency, and drive.


As a self-employed Protection Adviser, you will manage the full client journey from enquiry through to completion, supported by our systems, brand, and high value lead flow.


Key responsibilities:

* Managing your daily pipeline using our CRM system
* Nurturing leads from raw enquiry through to close
* Qualifying clients through initial calls
* Running consultations and presenting clear protection solutions
* Closing business confidently and ethically
* Generating additional leads through referrals, your own network, and proven internal systems



While our niche focus is medical and dental professionals, advisers are free to generate clients from their own network and other markets.


Our Sales Approach

We operate a refined and proven sales process that is non-pushy and built around trust. Our approach is unique to our niche and focuses on allowing clients to reach their own decisions rather than feeling sold to.


Advisers must be willing to fully embrace this process. It has been carefully refined and is central to our success.

Successful advisers in this role:

* Build a consistent pipeline of quality clients
* Generate strong referral momentum
* Follow and trust a proven sales framework
* Create predictable monthly income through strong conversion and activity



Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for experienced protection advisers who combine technical knowledge with a strong sales mindset.


You will likely be:

* Experienced in protection insurance
* Motivated, driven, and commercially minded
* Coachable and willing to adopt a proven process
* Confident leading client conversations and closing business
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own diary
* Looking for a long term opportunity where you can grow with the business



This role suits advisers who want to become a major part of a growing team and are serious about performance.


Earnings and Opportunity

* Genuine uncapped commission
* Top advisers currently earning £10k+ months
* 40 percent commission on company provided leads
* 70 percent commission on self-generated business
* Referrals generated from company leads count as self-generated
* High value niche clients with strong referral potential
