Registered Manager
Location: Gillingham, Somerset
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Summary:
Tide Partnership is excited to collaborate with a private and expanding care home provider in the search for an accomplished Registered Manager. This is a unique opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new home and ensure the provision of high-quality care.
The Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high occupancy levels and ensuring comprehensive assessments and person-centered support for residents.
* Collaborating with external professionals, individuals, and families to meet residents' evolving needs.
* Implementing infection control, health, and safety measures alongside relevant procedures.
* Providing immediate line management for Clinical Managers and overseeing staffing levels to meet resident dependencies.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Developing and monitoring quality assurance strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Criteria:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care.
* Understanding of current legal responsibilities and service standards.
* Minimum 2 years' experience with a similar resident group.
* Minimum 3 years' successful team management experience.
* Extensive experience in target achievement and budget management.
