As a Team Leader, you’ll guide and inspire a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them deliver outstanding service to small and medium-sized businesses. How you'll make an impact Lead and Support: Manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them advise small business owners over the phone. Coach and Develop: Hold regular one-to-one and team meetings to provide guidance, feedback, and support. Drive Performance: Use data to monitor progress, set goals, and celebrate achievements. Ensure Quality: Conduct audits to maintain high standards and attention to detail. Empower Your Team: Share knowledge about our products and policies to help your team succeed. Collaborate and Thrive: Work in a friendly, agile environment where teamwork and innovation are key. About You We’re looking for individuals with a passion for leadership and a desire to learn. No prior insurance experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. Here’s what will help you stand out: Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in any industry. A motivated, goal-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and support others. A knack for problem-solving and multitasking. A desire to work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
