Our Infrastructure and Security Delivery Technology team focuses on building, testing, and maintaining technology platforms, products, and services to ensure system reliability and performance.
As a QA Manager, you'll collaborate closely with teams to achieve excellent results. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and maintaining these platforms, products, and services to ensure they are reliable, high-performing, and continuously improving to meet business needs.
Role: QA Manager
Salary: Starting from £60,000.00 per annum plus up to 30% company performance bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days in the office per week.

What you’ll be doing:
Drive innovation, monitor system health, resolve performance issues, and optimize technology investments. Develop and execute test plans for infrastructure, security, and EUC environments. Perform various testing types, identify vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with security policies. Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance system resilience. Manage a team of testers, ensuring clear responsibilities across workstreams.
What you’ll need:
* Extensive experience in managing infrastructure/security testing and compliance validation, including penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
* Deep understanding of industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and security controls, with ongoing compliance assessment.
* Experience automating infrastructure testing using CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
* Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure & security testing across platforms, including API security best practices.
* Proficiency in performance and load testing, observability platforms, disaster recovery, resilience testing, and incident management.
* Proven track record in developing end-to-end QA strategies for digital services, leading QA teams, and fostering continuous improvement culture.
Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress is also required.
