Job Opportunity: Social Worker – Children’s Services (Contract)Location: Flexible / Remote Options AvailableContract: 13 monthsSalary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join our Children's Services team on a 13-month contract. This role is a great opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities
* ?? Conduct Single AssessmentsIdentify needs and risks, develop effective care plans, and ensure timely interventions.
* ?? Support Children and FamiliesOffer guidance and interventions, including for families involved in Care Proceedings.
* ?? Collaborate with Multi-Agency PartnersWork alongside professionals from education, health, and other sectors for holistic support.
* ?? Manage Duty TasksParticipate in duty rota, attend court hearings, and prepare high-quality reports.
* �? Build Positive RelationshipsFoster trust and effective communication with children, families, and professional networks.

Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
* Experience in children’s social care and assessment work
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Sound understanding of relevant legislation and safeguarding principles
