An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Taunton Lettings Maintenance Team, which services our large portfolio of residential let properties across the Somerset, Devon and Dorset areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing our clients with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service including liaising with Landlords, Tenants, internal Stakeholders and insurance companies, logging repairs onto our computer system, sourcing competitive quotes for works, issuing works orders, progressing works through to completion and approving invoices.
You will effectively work as part of a small maintenance team ensuring that our clients' expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
This is a busy, fast-moving role, and the ideal candidate will need to be resilient, have the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure at all times.
This is a full-time role, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm, plus one in three Saturdays 9am – 1pm. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

This will suit an individual who is experienced in customer services. Previous experience in Property Management or Residential Lettings would be desirable but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
