Health and Safety Manager £55,000 + Benefits Based in London Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading construction logistics company to recruit a new Health and Safety Manager. This company supports some of the UK's largest construction projects, providing logistics planning, site coordination and workforce solutions. The role will lead on all aspects of Health and Safety across multiple projects and depots throughout the UK, ensuring high standards are maintained and compliance is met at every stage of delivery. Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Manager include: Co-ordinate and communicate new SHEQ initiatives across the business Regularly visit sites, auditing SHEQ performance and acting as the key point of contact on management systems matters across the organisation Accurately reporting on performance and communicating this across the organisation The successful Health and Safety Manager will have: Proven experience in Health and Safety within the construction industry Hold a NEBOSH Certificate (essential) Excellent communication skills with proven experience engaging a wide range of stakeholders A keen eye for detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential This is a fantastic opportunity to elevate your career within a company that is going from strength to strength.
