WORK-SELF is a reinvention platform for people in transition.
Why You?
You want to build things that matter. You're not just looking for another dev role, you’re looking for:
* Meaningful systems, not just software
* A product you’d use in your own life
* A company that prioritizes clarity, creativity, and integrity
* A team where your ideas shape the roadmap, not just the codebase
You have been thinking about what happens when AI meets personal development, and you are ready to help us make something real.
What You’ll Do
As our Full Stack Developer, Agentic AI, you'll be the foundational engineering partner helping us bring our product vision to life with intelligence, taste, and compassion.
* Build our agentic AI, incorporate latest AI vibe coding and full stack engineering techniques into rapid iterations for product development that feel warm, useful, and deeply human
* Build and scale our Career OS platform (web/mobile app) with modular, extensible design, advanced UX flow and user testing, branded UI updates and attention to detail when it comes to design aspects of the platform build
* Integrate AI (LLMs + fine-tuned models) to power career audits, story rewriting, and decision flows
* Work with latest UX/design to implement beautiful, intuitive interfaces and guide seamless and user-friendly product experience
* Own key architecture decisions on our app infrastructure
* Collaborate with founder, product team, and coaches to ship fast and learn with users
* Co-create the data systems and internal tools that power meaningful, personalized experiences
What We’re Looking For
* 1-3+ years of experience in full stack development (React + Node or equivalent stack)
* Experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs, embeddings, or vector search (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Lovable and Google’s Agent Development Kit or equivalent vide coding platforms)
* Strong frontend sensibility (you care how things feel and look, not just how they run)
* Comfort building MVPs that can scale, iterating and pivoting quickly in early-stage environments
* Thoughtful around ethical AI use, data ownership, and human agency
* Experience with modern toolkits (Vercel, Supabase, Postgres, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.)
* Bonus: experience with Notion API, workflow design, vibe code, or coaching-related tech
You’re probably:
* Confident in navigating uncertainty
* Excited to build things people feel
* Deeply curious, product-minded, and values-driven
* Equally comfortable in solo deep work and live co-design sessions
A Day in the Life
* Morning async check-in with founder & product team
* Work block focused on shipping new AI module (e.g., story rewriting engine)
* Short design jam with brand/UX on how to visualize identity transitions
* Break for solo ritual or a short coaching session
* Afternoon dev sprint + mini user test session
* Optional journaling round in our #rituals Slack thread
We balance creativity and shipping. We don’t believe in overbuilding, we believe in building the right things.
What We Offer
* Flexible, hybrid structure (EU timezone overlap ideal)
* Creative autonomy with real product ownership
* Early-stage equity + mission-aligned compensation
* Access to professional development tools and personal coaching
* Design-led culture where engineers are part of the brand, not behind it
* Space to bring your full self: the technical, the creative, and the curious
Why This Work Matters
We’re living through a transformation. AI is changing how we work. But WORK-SELF is focused on something deeper: who we become through our work.
We’re not building another dashboard. We’re building a mirror, a ritual space, and a strategic partner for becoming. If you’ve ever thought, “What if tech could help people become more themselves?” This is your moment. This is your place.
