Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic trained nurse to join our Coventry & Warwickshire Community TB Service. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high quality TB care in both acute and primary care settings, ensuring a seamless service for patients, contacts, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage own caseload of active and latent TB patients.
* Run nurse‑led TB contact tracing, BCG vaccination, and New Entrant Screening clinics.
* Provide professional advice to the multidisciplinary team, patients, and carers.
* Act as a resource for education, research, and interprofessional collaboration.
* Assist in the development of the service in line with national and local targets.
* Support the delivery of specialist clinical services across acute Trust and ICB settings.
* Contribute to clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and Caldicott principles.
Required Qualifications
* Trained nurse with experience in TB care or related services.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A full and valid UK driving licence with daily access to a car for work purposes.
* Provision of an immunisation and vaccination report from a UK occupational health provider or GP.
