The Opportunity
I’m working exclusively with a specialist recruitment agency for Contractor Payroll & Accountancy Practices that has had an outstanding first year in business. Off the back of this success, they’ve just received new investment and welcomed an experienced NED, creating an incredible opportunity for the next hire to learn directly from top industry leadership.
They’re now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to their close-knit team of three. This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing agency where you’ll step straight into a warm desk, working on predominantly sales roles with established accounts while still developing new business relationships.

What They’re Looking For
* 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (ideally within Financial Services, Payroll, or Accountancy — though strong consultants from other sectors will be considered)
* Well-trained, with a solid grounding in best recruitment practices
* A team player who thrives in a small, ambitious environment
* Commercial mindset — comfortable with BD as well as delivery
* Mature, trustworthy, and motivated by the challenge of a start-up culture
* Happy commuting to Altrincham 4 days a week
