Supplying into aerospace, defence and marine industry sectors, our product range is huge and varied. This is a hands-on role focused on developing new products, improving existing designs, and working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Commutable from Solihull, Redditch, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Alcester, Bidford-on-Avon, Worcester, Pershore, Alvechurch, Henley-in-Arden, Shirely and Halesowen Duties * Design and develop new product concepts through to final production designs * Modify and improve existing products as directed by the Engineering Manager * Liaise with customers and suppliers to support product development * Provide initial design concepts to support the Sales team * Work closely with Production to ensure efficient assembly and manufacture * Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and engineering improvement projects What We’re Looking For *...
