About the Role You’ll work closely with leaders across the business to deliver forward-thinking HR solutions that truly make a difference. From employee relations to organisational development and recruitment, you’ll be a trusted advisor and a catalyst for positive change. You’ll be based in Rowley Regis, with travel required to sites across the Black Country – so access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence is preferred. What We’re Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (essential) Has strong generalist HR experience and confidence managing ER cases Understands UK employment law and best practice Has a track record of working in busy and varied HR environments Is organised, proactive, and solution-focused Has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ideally has experience in social housing or regulated settings (preferred) Who You Are You're a people person with a passion for HR.
