Job Title: Run to Standard Leader
Location: Port Sunlight Factories
Responsibilities
* Safety and Quality performance for the line/cell
* To maintain rigour and pace through leading daily and weekly performance meetings with their team. To prioritise, plan and effectively lead Work Process Execution on tags‑closure
* To lead and coordinate planned stoppage for Autonomous Maintenance/Professional Maintenance activities with Maintenance Engineering Teams and Operators
* To define and monitor CIL standards (cleaning, inspection and lubrication)
* To identify centre‑line settings for optimal use of each equipment of the line, hence reducing loss for measurement and adjustments. To document these settings into One Point Lessons and Standard Operating Procedures
* To own Volume Conformance % and Overall Equipment Efficiency % performance for the line, and to hold the Line Teams accountable
* To develop and deliver 90 Day Improvement Plans, driving Kaizens.
* To monitor and ensure delivery of OEE improvement glidepath for the line, reporting progress week on week
* To deliver reduction in minor stoppages, increasing stability of performance and MTBS (mean time between stoppages)
* To map skills matrix of all Teams across shifts, identifying gaps and areas to focus
* To coach Teams across shifts (with support of Technical Trainer), and to guarantee that they receive the right resources, equipment and training to develop and improve.

* 6-8 times annual salary in savings
Key Requirements
* Minimum education level: GCSEs or equivalent in Maths, English, Science, Basic level of numeracy, literacy and computing skills
* Desired previous experience: Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment managing a team
