About MoneyGram Haas F1 Team
2025 marks the tenth season of MoneyGram Haas F1 Team in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We are a team that challenges the status quo and invites you to join our journey.
As the first American Formula 1 team since 1986, we made a memorable debut in 2016 and have continued to grow, achieving our second-best season to date.
We operate from three headquarters in Kannapolis (US), Banbury (UK), and Maranello (Italy). Known as the 'family team,' we value passion, loyalty, and hard work, providing team members with broad visibility and meaningful contributions.
Position Overview
This role reports to the Accounting Manager and is based in Kannapolis, NC. The Accounting Analyst is essential for the daily operations of our finance team, ensuring best practices in accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and general ledger processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and teamwork across departments.
2. Accounts Payable: Manage vendor setup, invoice processing, resolving queries, statement reconciliation, and payments. Prepare payment proposals mid-month and at month-end.
3. Accounts Receivable: Handle customer setup, invoicing, resolving queries, statements, and collections.
4. Treasury: Manage banking transactions, record entries in ERP, reconcile bank statements, and oversee month-end general ledger entries.
5. Additional Duties: Support credit card and expense reporting, assist with ERP upgrades, prepare audit documentation, and adhere to safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills, proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
* Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred.
* Ability to work under pressure, in a team, and with attention to detail.
Work Environment
Requires working in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting, with occasional travel and flexible hours. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and working with machinery and hazardous materials, all in accordance with safety policies.
