Part-Time Payroll Administrator

The Role
As a Part-Time Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance function by managing weekly and monthly payroll duties. Using Sage 50, you will ensure staff are paid accurately and on time, maintaining compliance with all HMRC requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50
Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and pension contributions
Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
Managing starters, leavers, and staff changes in line with company policy
Producing payroll reports for management review
Answering payroll queries from staff efficiently and professionally

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a detail-focused and experienced payroll professional who can work independently and deliver accurate results promptly.
Proven payroll experience (essential)
Proficiency with Sage 50 payroll software
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
