Position Overview
This is an exciting and comprehensive brand management role working on Petits Filous, a widely recognized and beloved children’s yoghurt brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting objectives, and executing marketing activities in the UK market. The focus will be on delivering revenue and profit targets while building long-term brand equity. The candidate will champion the brand and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery of growth initiatives across the marketing mix.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager responsible for our Kids Portfolio, the candidate will assume the following key responsibilities:
1. Support the development of the Strategic Business Review (3-year plan).
2. Prepare the annual brand plan, diagnosing brand challenges, setting clear objectives, and implementing activities across the full marketing mix to meet these objectives. This includes:
* Launching strategic and tactical product innovation/renovation projects successfully.
* Implementing consumer communications and media plans, including digital.
* Identifying distribution opportunities within existing and new customers.
1. Manage the execution of other aspects of the marketing mix, including PR, social, online, in-store media, and e-commerce.
2. Develop strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Innovation, Consumer Insights, and Category Management.
3. Act as a true Brand Champion, fostering passion and contribution towards brand performance and results.
4. Work across multiple channels, including grocers, wholesale, convenience, and foodservice.
5. Control marketing spend, making expenditure and procurement decisions to maximize ROI.
6. Own brand equity results, ensuring the brand continues to resonate with consumers.
7. Engage in day-to-day interactions with agency partners.
