If you have experience in programme design, commissioning, employer and VCFSE engagement, performance management, and risk mitigation — we want to hear from you
About Pathways to Work
Pathways to Work is a UK government funded initiative designed to support individuals with disabilities, health conditions, or other barriers to employment. It provides tailored, person-centred support to help people move from welfare into sustainable work. Key objectives include:
* Reducing long-term economic inactivity
* Reforming the benefits system
* Delivering personalised support
* Increasing employment rates
About the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer (EIT)
The EIT is a pilot programme funded by the UK government and delivered in nine regions across England. It aims to test innovative approaches to reducing economic inactivity and building a more integrated system that helps people find, stay in, or return to work — ultimately boosting employment outcomes and economic growth.
