Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Care & Support Worker to join our team at West Lodge Gardens, Alloa, Clackmannanshire FK10 2HX on a permanent basis.
As a Care & Support Worker, you will support older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm seven days a week, you will provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans. Whether it is administering medication, providing personal support, or helping with meals, your empathetic approach will make a real difference to our tenants' lives. You will have the time to get to know our residents and will be trusted to give each person the care and support they need in the way they like.
* Location: West Lodge Gardens, Alloa, Clackmannanshire FK10 2HX
* Hourly Rate: £14.04 per hour
* Availability: Flexible shifts (morning and back shifts) including weekends
* Guaranteed Hours: 18.5 hours per week over an average of 3 days on a rolling 2‑week rota, with a mixture of weekdays, weekends, day and back shifts

Care & Support Skills and Experience:
* Experience in the care sector and working with older people or other vulnerable community members
* Holds an SVQ in Health and Social Care or a relevant qualification
* Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills
* Possesses basic IT skills

PLEASE NOTE: This role is subject to satisfactory interview, references and a PVG check. You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a defined timeframe and commit to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification.
