<div><p><b>Reporting to:</b> CEO, Commercial Director, Programming Director<br/><b>Location:</b> London-office based, with UK travel and onsite working during peak festival periods<br/><b>Contract:</b> Full-time, Permanent (office-based 4 days per week)<br/><b>Salary:</b> up to £26,000 pa + competitive benefits</p><h3>About U-Live</h3><p>We curate and collaborate to produce event brands that celebrate music and lifestyle culture, including Love Supreme Jazz Festival and The Long Road Festival. Love Supreme is Europe’s largest outdoor jazz festival at Glynde Place, East Sussex and has been running since 2013. The Long Road Festival is a celebration of country roots and Americana, boasting six immersive stages inspired by the iconic venues where Country music was born and thrives today.</p><p>Both festivals are crafted to bring people together, celebrate music and create memories for our guests.</p><p>U‑Live is actively exploring opportunities to grow its portfolio.</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>We are seeking a highly organised, ambitious and proactive Festival Promoter Assistant to join our small, busy team supporting the planning and delivery of music and live events. Working closely with the senior leadership team across programming, commercial operations and executive administration, this role offers exceptional exposure to the workings of festival creation and delivery.</p><p>This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about music and live events who is looking to build a long‑term career in the industry. You will play a key role in supporting the CEO, festival programming, commercial partnerships, executive administration and office operations. This is a fast‑paced role. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive, can‑do attitude who thrives on multitasking and isn’t afraid to muck in where needed. Only apply if you can provide examples of being involved in live music organisation,</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>PA Support to the CEO</li><li>Manage diary, scheduling and meeting coordination</li><li>Support research projects and ad hoc tasks</li><li>Assist with general executive administration</li><li>Supporting the Commercial Director</li><li>Support the Commercial Director in managing partners and stakeholders</li><li>Assist with commercial contracting, tender processes and related administration</li><li>Update P&Ls, track KPIs and benchmarking (internal and industry-wide)</li><li>Provide administrative support across sponsorship and partnerships</li><li>Track invoices, payments and commercial documentation</li><li>Supporting the Programming Director</li><li>Assist the Programming Director with artist scheduling and programming logistics</li><li>Manage contracting processes and administration</li><li>Conducting artist, audience and market research</li><li>Coordinate freelancers and external programmers</li><li>Track invoices, payments and financial administration</li><li>Office Management</li><li>Support the day‑to‑day running of the office</li><li>Manage general office administration and coordination tasks</li><li>Help maintain an organised, efficient and welcoming working environment</li></ul><h3>About You</h3><ul><li>Demonstrates a clear passion for music</li><li>Has a keen interest in developing a career within the festival and live events industry</li><li>Ideally, a minimum of 12+ months of experience in an office or administrative role, ideally within music or live events. However, we will consider entry‑level applications if you can demonstrate the right attitude, initiative and personal drive</li><li>Graduate‑level education is preferred but not a prerequisite</li><li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment</li><li>Proactive, resourceful and eager to learn</li><li>Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and personalities</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative systems (including Google Sheets)</li></ul><h3>Why Join U‑Live?</h3><p>This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within the live events industry.
