Role
General Manager at the Bradford complex – a hands‑on position with full control over sales and operations, and managing, training and developing the team.
Key responsibilities include achieving maximum capacity through repeat customers, marketing initiatives, and attracting corporate leagues, as well as providing flexible shift coverage at all times.
Candidate Profile
* Experience working towards financial KPIs – performance metrics include league games, standard games, children’s parties, bar takings and the percentage of games played.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – develop rapport with customers, team captains, local schools and football coaches.
* Organisation and management skills – responsible for staff ranging from reception to referees, and driving sales targets.
* Previous role as General Manager of a multi‑function leisure environment (bar, restaurant, nightclub, hotel, bowling alley, cinema, pub, bistro, gym, leisure centre or sports club).
