We’re looking for a Resourcer to join our growing team at Global Highland, working alongside our Senior Recruitment Specialist within the Industrial and Hospitality Division. Key Responsibilities: * Speak with candidates daily, identifying and matching top talent to specific client needs within the Industrial and Hospitality sectors * Maintain regular contact with Assignees, ensuring satisfaction and logging feedback appropriately * Keep candidate records up to date and input all communication into our database accurately * Source and select candidates using various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and print advertising * Ensure all candidates are compliant with our Quality Systems, with all necessary documentation completed * Provide detailed job briefings and inductions to Assignees before placement * Collaborate closely with the recruitment team and escalate new business leads as appropriate * Commit to any training required for personal or professional development What We’re Looking For: * Strong customer service and communication skills * Excellent administration and organisational abilities * Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach * Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team What You’ll Get: * Competitive salary * Extra day off for your birthday * Death in service benefit (3x salary) * Onsite gym * Free on-site parking Join a well-established, supportive team with real opportunities to grow your career in recruitment.
