As Director of Practice & Clinical Services or Director of Practice (non-clinical), you will:
Maintain high clinical and client care standards
Ensure strong commercial performance
Clinical applicants will also carry out clinical duties and participate in the OOH rota. We welcome both Veterinary Surgeons and experienced non-clinical leaders from the veterinary sector (this means our benefits may differ).

Rota Patterns That Work for You
Full-time: 40 hours per week
1 in 4 OOH rota
One weekend in four, incl. Saturday SA consults (10:00–13:00)
Small animal OOH (except inpatients) handled by our local provider
Flexible working considered – full-time preferred, but part-time options available for the right candidate
