Key Responsibilities: Assist the Kitchen Manager with:

Person Specification:
* Excellent culinary skills with relevant experience
* Passion for food and delivering quality
* NVQ Level 2 in professional cookery or equivalent (desirable)
* Intermediate food hygiene/Level 2 certification (desirable)
