We are looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills to help support our Grounds & Environmental Services function. Your role will include dealing with telephone and email queries, data entry, research, obtaining quotes and raising orders, creating, editing documents and liaising with suppliers and partners. If you have great communication skills and are looking for a flexible role in a friendly team, get in touch! A highly organised and proactive individual to join our Grounds & Environmental Services team. In this varied role, you'll provide essential administrative support to help our services run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional, friendly manner Accurate data entry and record-keeping Researching and sourcing information Obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders Creating and editing documents Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and partners What we're looking for: Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) A positive, flexible approach and a keen eye for detail Confidence with Microsoft Office and general IT systemsIf you thrive in a supportive, friendly team environment and want a flexible role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you!
