Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Warwickshire
We're seeking qualified, experienced Early Years professionals who deliver outstanding childcare.
Bank work: Flexible (Block bookings/Full-time/Part-time)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Full days – 8 hours minimum, or PM shifts from 12 pm)
Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)
Contract: Ongoing contract, 3-5 days per week, guaranteed salary with minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
* Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
* Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
Requirements.
You must meet one of the following:
* Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
* Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
* EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
* OR
* At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
