Your new role As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage a large site (apartments) in Edinburgh. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring project progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. You will also ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, prepare and present project reports and documentation, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with projects.What you'll need to succeed * Some experience in project management within the building services industry * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in project management software and tools.
