Foxtons is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our sister company - Michael Hardy!
Join a team of eight experienced Lettings professionals in our Wokingham branch and play a key role in shaping our next chapter of growth.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning the viewing process end‑to‑end - booking, conducting, and delivering same‑day landlord feedback that builds trust and wins business
* Booking valuations and gathering the kind of background insight that helps us stand out from our competition
* Carrying out market appraisals (or building up to this as you grow with us)
* Working closely with our Sales team to nurture strong investor relationships and unlock new opportunities
* Managing your diary like a pro, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed
* Handling email inboxes with speed, accuracy, and a customer‑first approach
* Delivering polished, confident property viewings that reflect our brand standards
* Preparing new let documentation with precision and efficiency
Hours of work
* 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
* 9am to 1pm every fifth Saturday on a rota basis
About You

* Experience in the property industry
* A background in sales or business generation
* Self‑motivation, resilience, and a hunger to achieve
* Excellent communication — written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
* A full, clean driving licence
* Propertymark Level 3 qualification desirable - but not essential. We’ll support you to gain it.
